I think we do a reasonable attempt at a bell-ringing sound at the beginning of this one, particularly on concertina.
This song is credited to Bill Meek.
I think Derek sings the tune in the chorus brilliantly, but I tend to be too far up on the mix.
For our first two albums each of us would say: "I can't hear me in the mix". For the next 24 albums each of us would say: "there's too much of me in the mix". You live and learn. I think we're all singing well on this one and the instruments earn their keep.
