about

We were all Scotland rugby supporters in 1977. Still are. This song was written by Stan Kelly about football and we changed a few words (with permission) to rugby. I don't know what possessed me to play banjo on it, but I did.
Also, Derek attempted a Morningside accent, playing the Scottish "Juliet", which was a bit on the dodgy side. It isn't rocket science to work out that we were in a bit of trouble trying any song with a male part and a female part.
