Again from "Lays of the Scottish Cavaliers". I wrote the tune and constructed a chorus from the poem by W.E Aytoun. It sounds more like a "real" song, compared to some of the other composites from poems. It's a good going number and Hamish might have been more nervous if he had known he'd be as high in the mix on mandolin, but he delivers well. We were all getting the hang of it..... and about time too.
