This Borders song is the title track, of course, and it suited the status of the group at that time. It's from "Hogg's Jacobite Relics" and Hogg said the tune was a modification of "Mary Scott, Flower of Yarrow". That's just the information that will support you later in life, or maybe not. I like the song but, as I remember, it wasn't in our concert repertoire very long and was dropped when a follow-up album came along.
