This another song attributed to Burns, based on "fragments" from a poem in a 1769 collection. Anyway Burns wrote it in 1790 and later, James Hogg had a go as well, adding a few verses.
One can get into a lot of trouble saying things about our Rabbie because everyone's a Burns expert in Scotland.... apart from me.
Strong, strong arrangement and performance.... in my humble opinion. There's one exception which was me, I was sharp in a bit of the unaccompanied intro. No instruments to get the pitch. Guilty.
