Nick suggested the working title for the album, "Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Gloaming" as a laugh, but the idea hung about and we adapted it to "Ancestral Manoeuvres". We didn't get many reviews because the critics couldn't spell it. Neither could anyone else.
I wrote a wee introductory tune, which I called "Ancestral Manoeuvres" to further justify the album title.
